Draft the rules for the Boardof Director ’s Committees,in particular the Sustainability, Audit and Disclosure Committees.
Set up the Sustainability Management Committee,which will replace the current Environment and Social Action Committees.
Prioritize,integrate and revise the Company ’s principles, codes,policies and norms,to include the issue of sustainability.Political contributions,combating corruption and land purchases are among the topics to receive special consideration.
Conduct benchmarking for the best practices in the market and introduce them into the Company ’s risk management practices.
Create a mechanism for confidential employee whistle-blowing,criticisms and complaints.
