According to the results of a survey by Guia Exame Você S/A– The Best Companies to Work For, the major advantages for the Company identified by employees was their pride in working for Aracruz and the feeling that the individual grows with the Company. The principal disadvantage mentioned was the lack of a scholarship program for college and post-graduate courses, along with an excessive workload.

Regarding the Organizational Climate Survey, conducted in 2003 by Hay do Brasil, Aracruz’s management style was identified as one of the factors that needed to be improved. The Company has developed the Managers Development Program (PDGA) to provide the means to improve the style of the management team.
