Aracruz Produtos de Madeira is our subsidiary (Aracruz owns one third of the company) responsible for the activities in the
wood products area. The company started up operations in 1999 and produces high-grade hardwood under Lyptus® brand.
Lyptus® is a new and different concept in high-grade hardwood: a renewable resource, produced from planted trees, Lyptus® uses state-of-the-art technology, and, most importantly, is fully sustainable, and obtained in an environmentally responsible manner.
